The length of stay is one week minimun.Price can be reviewed according to low/peak season.

The rate includes:

Electricity, water and gas.

The cleaning of household linen and the apartment

at the end of the lease.

Payment:

25% of the total cost of stay at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in Euro, upon arrival at the location.

Caution:

150 Euros as security deposit.

The security deposit is retained during the stay and is returned after exit survey.
